Each A-Type has a living space of around 60 m2. This includes a combined living and kitchen area, the bedroom and a modern bathroom as standard. The division of the living space can be easily adapted to personal needs using partition walls. The facilities also include a spacious terrace right on the water and an optional sky deck on the roof of the house. The large panoramic windows allow a clear view of the water from every corner of the building.

The construction corresponds to modern energy-saving houses, which means that the operation of the floating home objects is particularly efficient and resource-saving.

All Floating Homes A-Type are equipped with high-quality materials. In addition to the standard equipment, individual models also have their own sauna. Depending on the location and the nature of the bank, the houses are attached to dolphins or connected to the bank with an alternative retaining system. Optionally, the possibility of a boat dock is possible directly at the house.
